About Margie Smith

Margie has been a realtor in Sweetwater County for 18.5 years and owned her own business for 5 years, serving Southwest Wyoming. Margie is past President of the Sweetwater County Board of Realtors having served the term in 1999. Margie is also the 1999 Sweetwater County Realtor of the Year. She is one of the pioneers of Internet Real Estate Marketing. Soon after opening her business, she built a web site to help her give the best service available to the owners she represents and also for all of you that are planning on moving to the Rock Springs and Green River Wyoming area situated just north of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area. Margie is dedicated to fulfill your real estate needs in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.

Margie graduated high school from Tripoli, Libya in North Africa at Wheelus Air Force Base. She went on to graduate from nursing school at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington D.C. and worked as a Registered Nurse for 11 years before becoming a real estate professional.

Margie and husband Kale W. Smith have four children ages 21 - 25 years. Kale is a pharmacist.
